Debit Cards are offered free with American Pride Bank checking accounts. To report a lost or stolen Debit Card, please call 1-866-546-8273.
*****We have improved our debit card fraud alert system and here is how it works:
- When potential fraud is detected, you will receive a text alert from 32874 between 7am and 9pm EST, with the option to reply with "fraud" or "no fraud."
- If there is no response received from you, five minutes after the text alert, you will receive automatic phone calls to confirm or deny fraud. Please contact one of our branches if you have any questions.
Suspend your debit card at any time by following these simple instructions
- Log in to the APB mobile app
- Click on Dashboard
- Scroll down to Card Management
- Choose the debit card that you are working with
- Turn the card off which suspends the card until you reactivate it
To reactivate your debit card, follow the instructions below
- Log in to the APB app
- Click on Dashboard
- Scroll down to Card Management
- Choose the suspended card
- Turn the card back on-It's that simple!

Bank to Bank Transfers
The Bank to Bank Transfer service allows you to transfer funds between your linked personal deposit accounts at American Pride Bank and certain deposit accounts at other financial institutions.
Safe Deposit Boxes
American Pride Bank’s safe deposit boxes are convenient, easy and secure. Keep your valuables and your important paperwork in a safe location. If you are an American Heritage checking account holder, you are eligible to receive 25% off your annual safe deposit box rental. Safe deposit box prices start as low as $20 per year (contact your local office for size and availability).
Wire Transfers
Wire transfers are an efficient way of moving funds from one account to another. This is a safe and simple way to move funds across the country or across the world. Wire transfers are only available to American Pride Bank customers for a fee.
Coin Machine
American Pride Bank’s coin machine offers a fast and convenient way to convert loose change into cash. Coin machines are available at the main office on Log Cabin Drive in Macon and in Warner Robins.
